When they found themselves in a tempting situation, they lacked the self-control needed and gave into having sex.

Depression & Suicide

Studies show that teens who have sex are more prone to depression and suicide, and many have admitted to wishing they had waited.

According to the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Suicide is the third leading cause of death for 15 - 24-year-olds (approx 5,000 young people) and the sixth leading cause of death for five - 15-year-olds.
