Some days we just need a little pick me up. We want to be reminded that we're not alone or that somehow in some way, who we really do make a difference.

While we might be quick to first turn to television mogul Oprah Winfrey for inspiration, and she certainly is queen when it comes to that. Inspirational podcast host Joseph Bonner rightly takes the place as the King of Inspiration.

As a Mental Health 1st responded who volunteers over 70 hours of month helping the community, his happy personality, sense of humor and inspiring content via iHeartRadio and YouTube, continues to motivate the international community in 2018!
