Svetlana Elgart is the founder of Rainbow Chef’s academy who diligently whose digital culinary educational program has been incorporated in schools across california. In part, her mission is to counter the effects of child obesity by providing lifelong learning skills to youths as it relates to healthy cooking and eating.

Svetlana Elgart has appeared on the cover of Founder 100 magazine to share Rainbow Chef’s Academy inspiring story and her kids based program is also playing on JBN Kids.
