Trump and Vance Open Midterm Push in North Carolina and Kansas

The sprint begins

President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance are opening a heavier midterm schedule this week. Vance is due in Kansas, where Senator Roger Marshall's race is tighter than Republicans want. Trump is booked in North Carolina on Wednesday.

Marshall's standing in Kansas and early-vote patterns in North Carolina will say more than rally size. The White House can campaign. It cannot, for now, impose the mail rules a second judge just blocked.
