Robbery is up almost 54% in downtown Minneapolis from the previous year
Minneapolis: The city of Minneapolis is facing a surge in assaults in the downtown area, and according to police reports, robbery is up almost up 54% from the previous year.
In videos obtained by Legend Magazine, assault like the ones seen in the video are on the rise, however, the Minneapolis Police Department is facing a shortage of officers due to budgeting and fewer applicants.
Only one person was charged in the assault of the man seen in the video being attacked by multiple people in a Target parking lot according to the Hennepin County Attorney's office.
