JUST IN: A 14-year-old girl found safe with a 34-year-old captor in Virginia

A 14-year-old girl has been found safe and appeared unharmed Wednesday night with the 34-year-old captor in Virginia, according to authorities.

Isabel Shae Hicks had last been seen on Oct. 21 at her home in Bumpass, Virginia.

She was abducted by Bruce Lynch, who was taken into custody after police received a tip, located Lynch and began pursuit in Caroline County.
