London/Global – Neuroscientist and scholar Dr. Carol Natasha Diviney has released a series of nationwide recommendations aimed at transforming the relationship between Medical Doctors and PhD researchers. Dr. Diviney proposes a revised training model where MDs and PhDs work in an equal partnership, recognizing that the science behind diagnostic tools is as vital as the clinical care itself.

Parallel to these reforms, Dr. Diviney is calling for the national implementation of the Harmony Traffic Light Tool across all health services and charities. This tool is a response to the systemic failures in identifying Domestic Violence and Abuse (DVA) affecting both men and women.

“Victims often face barriers, including a lack of compassion and professional silos that prevent collaboration,” says Dr. Diviney. The Harmony Traffic Light Tool aims to bridge this gap, providing a clear pathway for victims to speak out before facing dangerous circumstances.
